S1W3 - InfC vs TU

Schedule here, an Admin will confirm the match once a time and date has been agreed on.

i talked on msn with infc's manager and they said that one of their players will be out of town until late sunday night.

that being said, they have no idea when he will be back on sunday until the weekend.

therefore, it seems as if it will be impossible to schedule this match by sunday night (as per the post on the front page)

i have told them that if it is okay with the admins, my team will make an effort to play it the following week, however if it doesn't work out for ANY reason (even if it is our fault), we will take the forfeit

smurf, is this okay with you? if not, are there any other options or should we just take the forfeit as they obviously cannot play this week?

it says that the matches have to be SCHEDULED by midnight on sunday and not PLAYED by sunday so as long as we pick a day next week to play by sunday then we'll be good.

right my point is that im not going to schedule a match when you wont know your player's schedule until sunday

and in all honesty its pretty impossible for us to know ours a week in advance. generally i like to schedule a few days before

Meh, you've got my approval. Just schedule as soon as possible. And don't push your W4 match aside for that match; deal with both.

we managed to get both w1 and w2 matches played last week (sorry about that btw :S) so the guys can obviously handle 2 matches in one week

like he said in his first post, one of our guys isnt gonna be back till sunday night and we dont know when on sunday soooo we'll have it scheduled by sunday, no worries.
